I feel like tomorrow is either going to be awful or amazing. :/ Probably awful…

A friend of mine and I were talking about stuff going on with each other. I told him the next thing about the guy I like and how that turned out. It’s funny because the thing that bothered him the most was that the guy told me a bunch of stuff about his life the first time we hung out. I guess it is kind of odd… but my friend thought it was a bad thing. I kind of just agreed with him out loud, but I can honestly relate to it.

Growing up in a really small area where everyone knows everyone’s business is hard. It’s stressful. It’s like you think you can tell someone something and then BOOM. Somehow almost everyone else knows. Or you’re going to get judged. I trained myself to basically not confess any of my real secrets to anyone where I live because I didn’t want everyone else finding out. Or I didn’t want to lose them as a friend…

So what do I do? I confess to strangers. It is amazing how much stuff I can tell someone I just meet! People who I may not ever see again. I mean, why not? What are they going to do? Okay, maybe a lot, but still. It wouldn’t be as bad as the whole town finding out in my opinion. It’s kind of nice too because you can see how much they would judge you or not. It’s like… hey here I am. If you want to keep talking, then that’ll be great. Maybe I’m just weird…

I know you enjoy living away from parents and you feel free to do what you want and not worry about responsibilities they made you do, but that does NOT mean bathing should be one of those things you give up. For the sake of your own health and the people in your class with any sense of smell, you should really work on that.

So at my Target we have this cute little policy… if we don’t get enough Redcards, we will be warned then written up. Apparently we aren’t working hard enough. I didn’t really notice that since all of us have been working hard to ask every person and explain all the stupid details about the cards. No more, “Hey do you want to save 5%?” You have to explain every detail of both cards. It’s not that easy getting the cards because, guess what guys, not everyone wants to sign up for your stupid card. And not every freaking person in the world is going to sign up for it. I don’t even want one. I didn’t mind asking before, but now that I have to just annoy every “guest” to the point they get upset, I’ve had enough. That isn’t customer service. You’re just going to irritate people and lose customers. The point is to get along with them and be friendly. Isn’t that part of the motto for the store? Fast, Fun, and Friendly? Or whatever. What happened to that? I didn’t get a warning myself, but a friend of mine did and she broke down. I know she’s a hard worker, she works a lot, her “guests” love her… and she gets in trouble just because we can’t satisfy your unrealistic quote? If this gets any worse, I’m done. But I’m pretty sure you aren’t going to get away with this with how people feel.

Why would you go to UW, which is famous for having a huge amount of diversity, and complain about any professor, TA, or student who has an accent and/or English isn’t their first language? Really?

Make it stoooop.

my graduating class really did suck.

They better keep to their word.

Who knew work would make an awful day amazing?

I’m so sorry textbook for being irresponsible and losing you. :( I really need to observe my surroundings better. I hope whoever stole you had good intentions of keeping you safe because I was cruel to you. You better be nice to it you thief and not break the binding or anything.

So today I lost my book, left my notebook at home so I have to copy it in my book when I get home, and my wallet just broke in half. D: Not having a very good day today…
